What do we do?
Tropical Travel is the local agent for several Dutch, German and English tour operators. Tropical Travel takes care of the ground handling. This includes:
- Meet & Greet assistance upon arrival/transfers with air-conditioned busses.
- Welcome envelope
- Briefing of services/activities at hotels/resorts
- Verifying of reservations have been made at respective hotel/resort
- Reconfirmation of flight reservations
- Full assistance in case of emergency
- Departure information
- Upkeep of information manuals at the hotels
- Advising touroperators of matters regarding the hotels/resorts, political matters and/or
related matters which may influence the interest of the touroperator in BonaireWe also offer the guests some nice excursions. Beside all this, we can organize a wedding on Bonaire for you. Tropical Travel hires scooters and mopeds out and we can assist you in renting a car, bike, boat or anything else.
